1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 33bwn website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at 33bwn.io.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who creates an account and uses the Platform for betting or gaming purposes.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player to access Platform services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 33bwn subject to wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Understand that 33bwn reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and that continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you access the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that person also meets all eligibility requirements stated herein.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The 33bwn Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction reflects our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with applicable standards. 33bwn takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein. If you have mistakenly created more than one Account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Territorial Restrictions

The Platform is directed toward players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 33bwn makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

3.4 Capacity

By registering, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, mental health determination, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. 33bwn will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. While optional, 2FA provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

4.4 Non-Transferability

Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. You may not permit any other person to access or use your Account. Any breach of this provision will result in immediate Account termination.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Verification Requirement

33bwn operates in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last 3 months)
• Payment method verification (screenshot or photograph of the bKash/Nagad/Rocket account or bank card used for deposits)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

5.2 Submission Deadline

When verification is requested, you must submit the required documents within 30 days. Failure to comply will result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

5.3 Processing Time

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. We will notify you via email once verification is complete.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

First-time withdrawal requests and withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 will require successful KYC completion before funds are released.

6. Deposits

6.3 Processing Time

6.4 Deposit Fees

33bwn does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider (bank or mobile wallet operator) may impose transaction charges. Such third-party fees are beyond our control.

6.5 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 33bwn reserves the right to reverse any deposit found to originate from a third-party source and to close the associated Account.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are submitted through your Account dashboard.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply as follows:

7.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

Processing times are estimates and may be longer during weekends, holidays, or periods of high volume. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to KYC verification requirements.

7.4 Withdrawal Fees

33bwn does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or mobile wallet provider may impose transaction or receiving charges.

7.5 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This policy helps prevent money laundering and fraud. If the original deposit method is no longer available, contact our support team to arrange an alternative.

7.6 Withdrawal Cancellation

You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it has been processed. Once funds have been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Bonus Eligibility

33bwn offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournament prizes. Eligibility for each promotion is determined by 33bwn at its sole discretion and is subject to the specific terms of that offer.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotional terms at the time of the offer. Typical requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount.

8.3 Bonus Expiration

Bonus funds and free spins expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of bonus credit). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

33bwn reserves the right to withhold or forfeit bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes.

8.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds — after all wagering requirements have been met — can be withdrawn. The original bonus amount itself is not withdrawable.

8.6 Modification and Termination

33bwn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding any promotion, 33bwn's decision is final.

9. Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 33bwn. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, rule violation, or technical error.

9.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered valid only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive confirmation, the bet has not been placed. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted before the event commences.

9.3 Odds and Lines

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice until the moment your bet is confirmed. Once your bet is accepted, the odds at that moment are locked in and cannot be changed.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

33bwn reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or events. These limits are displayed in the betting interface where applicable.

9.5 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time
• An obvious technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed
• The outcome of the event is determined by circumstances beyond the scope of fair sporting competition (e.g., match-fixing)
• The bet was placed after the event had already started (live betting only)

When a bet is voided, your stake is returned to your Account Balance.

9.6 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. 33bwn does not recognize subsequent overturned results, disqualifications, or amended results unless the change occurs before the bet has been settled.

9.7 Cash Out

Where available, the Cash Out feature allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes. Cash Out offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. The Cash Out value is calculated by 33bwn based on current odds and event status and is subject to change constantly.

10. Casino Game Rules

10.1 Game Rules

Each casino game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible via the in-game information or help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game you choose to play.

10.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

11. Prohibited Activities

If 33bwn detects or suspects any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, void all associated bets, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities. We may also share information with other gaming operators and industry watchdogs.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bwn Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of 33bwn or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes

16. Termination

16.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements.

16.2 Termination by 33bwn

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or wagers) for 12 consecutive months
• We cease offering services in your jurisdiction

Upon termination by 33bwn for breach of Terms, all balances including winnings may be forfeited. Upon termination for non-breach reasons, your remaining Balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees.

16.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. After 18 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳500 or 5% of the remaining Balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted. You can reactivate your Account at any time by logging in.

17. Amendments

33bwn reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you by:

• Posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account
• Displaying a notification on the Platform prompting you to review the updated Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
